The Japanese Shibori technique yields beautiful patterns that are always unique

Shibori is a Japanese dyeing technique that can give a second life to home textiles. These colourful creations are easy to make and, above all, always unique. Shibori - in Japanese, literally "squeezes when twisting" - is a type of staining that has been practiced for thousands of years and relies on folding the fabric like origami, with the most beautiful patterns emerging from fabrics folded into squares, triangles or rectangles.
